Summary
Report summary
A group of independent experts inspected the operation of the institution, examined the available documentation, and after analyzing all the materials and conducting interviews with various groups of stakeholders, gave their opinion on how to further improve the already established quality assurance processes within the framework of realistic capabilities. Progress has been noted in many areas since the last accreditation, the faculty is growing and progressing in every aspect, even establishing new practices. We also drew attention to opportunities in those areas where some deficiencies were detected. Some of these areas, which according to experts should be given more attention in the future, are, for example, in certain areas of internal organization, a not completely completed circle of quality, material conditions, scientific research work and personnel. Thus, for example, even more active promotion, motivation and setting of individual goals to strengthen the scientific research work of employed and external lecturers is desirable, as well as the planning and growth of quality publications in journals with a high impact factor. It would be recommendable for the Institute to decide on a higher percentage of employed lecturers and less reliance on contract employees. It would also be good to ensure that students and other stakeholders are familiar with the results of self -evaluation reports and measures. Greater participation of all stakeholders in the process of building quality, discussion of results and awareness of the course and importance of these processes is necessary. It would also be necessary to expand the range of available databases of scientific journals. -

Summary
Report summary
The doctoral study program Innovations and sustainable business in a digital society was accredited by the DOBA faculty in 2018. The program began to be implemented in the academic year 2019/2020. In 2022, it was thoroughly updated, introducing changes recommended by the accreditation commission, external stakeholders and students. The changes were accepted and approved by the institution's senate, the study program remains complete in terms of content, the contents are interconnected horizontally and vertically. It remains interesting, it is linked to current national and European development guidelines. Students praised the great flexibility of the study and the possibility of individual adaptation in fulfilling obligations. The experts proposed the introduction of the submission of proof of the dissertability of the chosen topic when submitting the doctoral thesis and some amendments to the Rules on the conduct of doctoral studies at the DOBA faculty; the supervisor should be excluded as a member of the Dissertation and Dissertation Evaluation Commission; the establishment and pronouncement of the Commission for assessing the ethical suitability of research proposals, in relation to research involving work with people, and made a few other minor comments. It was also recommended that candidates for enrollment and other members of the public be informed more precisely about claims about various international certificates and accreditations. -

Summary
Report summary
Smart city management is an attractive, niche study program whose potential has not yet been fully exploited. It is aligned with trends and policies in the world and the EU, perhaps a bit too broad and not sufficiently profiled. The field of smart city management is growing and developing rapidly, so a specialization in one of the narrower subfields might be welcome. It also lacks international recognition, which could guarantee a larger number of students. The online implementation of the study program is well organized, and students express great satisfaction. The material conditions for implementation are also adequate. Otherwise, students are involved in various application projects and content, which enables them to get to know theoretical models in practice. They also express satisfaction with professional excursions, which are voluntary and not everyone participates. Greater involvement of students in research work and the introduction of more visiting lecturers and guests from practice were also suggested. Students' awareness of survey results is very good, but they do not respond to invitations to fill out surveys. Therefore, it would be good to find ways to inform them about the importance of providing feedback, even in a formal form, and to motivate them to do so. -
